
Creativity in students appears when students have a main idea and are supported by facilities. Students can learn optimally if the school can meet all the learning needs of students through the provision of learning facilities so that students can be creative well. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sangat berpengaruh hubungan antara prilaku kreatif siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolak. Untuk keperluan menganalisis data didalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Sebelum melakukan uji analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis data, yakni data tentang perilaku kreatif dan data prestasi belajar. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode angket dengan skala liker. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa, dengan menggunakan sample sebanyak 36 orang terdiri dari kelas XI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku kreatif siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Lolak semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Kreatifitas pada diri siswa muncul ketika siswa mempunyai ide pokok dan didukung dengan fasilitas. Peserta didik dapat belajar secara optimal apabila pihak sekolah dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan belajar peserta didik melalui penyediaan fasilitas belajar agar pesrta didik dapat berkreatifitas dengan baik.

Keyword: Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Online Learning And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%.

Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire).

The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City.
